After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to seek revocation of the order appointing Authorized Controller by moving appropriate application under the provisions of Uttar Pradesh Junior High School (Payment of Salaries of Teachers and other Employees) Act, 1978.
The prayer made is allowed.
The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid reserved in favour of the petitioners.
