Heard Sri Gopal Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.K. Kakkar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
The petitioner in the writ petition inter alia seeks the following reliefs:
"a. Issue a suitable writ, order or direction commanding the Respondent authorities to provide copy of Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) including overall entries, grade and assessment of the integrity of the petitioner for the financial year 2009-2010 to 2017-2018 in the pursuance of order dated 14.5.2009 of Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances, Pensions (Department of Personnel & Training) and order dated 28.1.2013, Ministry of finance (Department of Financial Services) and also in pursuance of judgement of Apex court Dev Dutt Vs. Union of India & Ors (Civil appeal No. 7671 of 2002 )dated 12.5.2008.
b. Issue a suitable writ order or direction commanding the Respondent authorities to provide all entries in the APAR with adverse remark along with its date and mode of intimation to the petitioner. "
Sri Gopal Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner states that District in the writ petition has wrongly been mentioned as Hamirpur, whereas it should be District Mahoba. He, therefore, prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
