The petitioner in the wit petition is seeking the following reliefs:-
"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned transfer order dated 04.07.2018 passed by respondent no.3.
(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 and 3 not to disturb the petitioner on smooth functioning on the place of Sub Station Chopan."
Shri Sanjeev Kumar Tyagi, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition as the same has become infructuous.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
