The instant petition has been filed with the prayer for a direction to respondent nos.2 to 5 to produce the corpus petitioner no.1 Parul before this Court.
The corpus petitioner no.1 Smt. Parul wife of Uday Baisla and petitioner no.2 Uday Baisla son of Prakash Baisla are present in Court today, who have been identified by their counsel.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that corpus-petitioner no.1 Smt. Parul has been restored to petitioner no.2 Uday Baisla as such the instant petition has rendered infructuous.
In view of above, the instant petition is dismissed as infructuous.
