This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Case No. 2085 of 2010, arising out of Case Crime No. 274 of 2010, under Sections- 41, 411, 414 I.P.C., Police Station- Kotwali Katra, District- Mirzapur, pending before the C.J.M., Mirzapur.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that in this case, the evidence is continuing. The trial is of the year 2010. The grievance of the applicant is that being an accused, he is being harassed on the account of long pendency of the trial.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to conclude the trial in the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
