Section 81. Bar to compromise of suit by or against trustee or administrator

No suit or proceeding in any Court by or against the trustee or administrator of a trust or endowment, relating to title to property of trust and endowment, property or the rights of the trustee or administrator shall be compromised without the prior sanction of the Board.
