Section 20. Officers and other employees of the Board

(1) For efficient performance of the functions of the Board under this Act, the Board may appoint such number of officers and other employees as may be necessary, with the permission of the Government. (2) The appointment, term of office and conditions of service of officers and other employees shall be such as may be provided by the regulations.
