Section 33. Power to cause registration of trust and endowment and to amend the register

The Board may direct the trustee or administrator to apply for the registration of trust or endowment and to supply any information regarding a trust or endowment or may itself cause the trust or endowment to be registered or may at any time amend the register of trust and endowment.
