Section 63. New College or faculty to be constituted as constituent college, affiliated college or Faculty

63. New College or faculty to be constituted as 1[constituent college, affiliated college] or Faculty.- On and from the appointed day, no new college or Faculty imparting education in Veterinary Sciences, Dairy Technology and Fishery Sciences and Allied Sciences shall be established, except as a 2[constituent college, affiliated college] or Faculty of the University.
