Section 20. Deans of Faculties

(1) The Dean of each Faculty of the University shall be a wholetime salaried officer and shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor on the recommendation of the Executive Council.

(2) The Dean of each Faculty shall be the Chief Executive and Academic Officer of the Faculty responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for its administration.
