Section 24. Powers to determine conditions of service of University employees

Subject to the provisions of this Act, the designations, qualifications, method of recruitment, pay, allowances and other conditions of service of all employees of the University and their powers and duties shall be such as may, from time to time, be determined by the Statutes.
