			WPSS No.806 of 2016 Hon’ble Pankaj Purohit, J. Mr. R.C. Tamta, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Sushil Vashistha, learned Brief Holder for the State. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 4. Supplementary affidavit filed by the State is taken on record. Misc. application (IA No.3279/2023) stands disposed of accordingly. 5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has sought appointment on the post of A.N.M. (Female) on the basis of the advertisement, in which, she has not been permitted to participate for the reason that she was not enrolled in any of the employment exchange of the State. But, in a subsequent advertisement issued on 15.03.2022, petitioner is selected and appointed on the post of A.N.M. (Female) vide order dated 13.03.2023. 6. This fact has been substantiated by learned State Counsel in paragraph nos.5 & 6 in its supplementary affidavit. 7. In view of this new development, the writ petition has become infructuous as the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. 8. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
