			Mr. Neeraj Garg, Advocate, for the petitioners. Mr. T.S. Phartiyal, Additional CSC, for the State/ respondents. Petitioner has made a representation to District Magistrate claiming benefit of a judgment, rendered by a Division Bench of this Court, which provides that agriculturists of hill region may be considered for the benefit of Government Order dated 8.3.1985. It is contended by learned Counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is entitled to benefit of said Government Order, as his name is recorded in Category V of the revenue record. Mr. Phartiyal, learned State Counsel, however, contends that bhumidhari right cannot be granted to petitioner as the judgment relied upon by petitioner provides only for grant of patta, and not the bhumidhari right. Be that as it may, since petitioner has made a representation which is said to be pending, therefore, writ petition is disposed of with direction to District Magistrate to examine petitioner’s claim and take decision, as per law, within six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
