Learned counsel appearing for Cooperative Election Authority, Uttarakhand makes a statement at the bar that, subsequent to filing of these writ petitions, elections of Delegates of District Cooperative Bank were held and term of the Delegates is about to come an end. Since the only relief was to hold elections and the elections have already been held, therefore, the relief, as claimed in these writ petitions, does not survive.
