| WPMS No. 1004 of 2017 Hon’ble Man oj Ku m ar Tiw ar i, J. Case called out. None present for the petitioner. Mr. T.S. Phartiyal, learned Additional C.S.C. for the State of Uttarakhand. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to respondent no. 2 to grant ‘No Objection Certificate’ (NOC) to enable her to take admission in the Post Graduate Medical Course. Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.05.2017, directed the Competent Authority to issue ‘No Objection Certificate’ to the petitioner which will be subject to final outcome of the writ petition. A counter affidavit has been filed and it has been stated therein that pursuant to interim order of this Court, NOC was provisionally issued to the petitioner. On the strength of NOC issue to petitioner, she must have completed her Post Graduate Medical Course by now. Thus, the relief, as claimed in the petition, does not survive.
