			Teacher, L.T. Grade, in a Government
			School. She was transferred from Government Inter College, Dobhalwala,
			Dehradun to Government Higher Secondary School, Mayapata, Chakrota vide order dated 25.06.2019.
			By a separate order dated
			25.06.2019, respondent no.6 was
			transferred from Government Inter
			College, Khirairikhal, Block Nainidanda,
			District Pauri Garhwal to Government
			Inter College, Dobhalwala, Raipur, Dehradun.
			It is an admitted position that respondent no.6 had joined duties at
			Dobhalwala pursuant to the transfer order dated 25.06.2019.

passed in favour	of the petitioner.
Since petitioner ho	lds a transferable
post and she was	transferred as per
condition of her ser	vice, therefore, this
Court does not fi	nd any reason to
interfere with the order. Even otherw must have joined th	impugned transfer ise also, petitioner e transferred place
