			Mr. DCS Rawat, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. Rakesh Kanwar, Additional CSC, for the State/ respondents. Vide order dated 25.6.2019, petitioner was transferred from Government Inter College, Pawki Devi, Narendra Nagar, Tehri to Government Inter College, Mathiyali, Narendra Nagar, Tehri. Mr. DCS Rawat, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the Government Inter College, Pawki Devi, Narendra Nagar, Tehri, where petitioner was serving as Lecturer before the impugned order was passed, has subsequently been upgraded as Atal Utkrisht Vidyalaya and petitioner has been posted in the same institution, after due selection. He further submits that as per the Government Policy, anyone who is posted in a Atal Utkrisht Vidyalaya cannot be transferred for a period of five years. Hence, learned Counsel submits that in view of these subsequent developments, writ petition has become infructuous and it may be dismissed as such. In view of the statement made by Mr. DCS Rawat, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order dated 25.11.2019 is vacated.
