			Petitioner is an employee of
			agricultural department serving as
			Assistant Agricultural Officer. Vide
			order dated 20.11.2019, he was
			transferred from Bahadarabad
			(Haridwar) to Pithoragarh on administrative ground against a vacant post. In this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the said transfer order dated 20.11.2019. A Coordinate Bench of this Court passed an interim order on 04.12.2019, whereby, effect and operation of the transfer order was stayed. On strength of the stay order, petitioner is still continuing at Bahadarabad (Haridwar). A period of nearly three years have
			elapsed since the interim order was

passed and earlier also, petitioner
served at Bahadarabad for considerable
period of time, therefore, no
interference with the impugned transfer order can be made at this belated
stage. Mr. Rajendra Arya, Advocate
holding brief of Mr. Ajay Veer Pundir,
Advocate for the petitioner submits that at the time of filing of the writ petition, petitioner was 57 years of age, as
mentioned in the affidavit, therefore, he
would have attained the age of
superannuation.
Be that as it may. Having regard
to the aforesaid facts and reasons, the writ petition is dismissed. Interim order stands vacated. ( Man oj Ku m ar Tiw ar i, J.) 08.07.2022 Ravi
