Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has falsely been implicated in the instant crime and is languishing in jail since 21.05.2021. He also submits that the applicant is having no concern with the alleged incident and not involved in the alleged commission of crime. Furthermore, out of the total amount i.e. Rs. 3, 82,000/ -, the applicant has already paid Rs. 50,000/ - to the complainant and is also ready to pay the remaining amount in any stipulated time period. Applicant is seeking short term bail

Learned counsel for the applicant

complainant would submit that he has no

passport before the concerned Court. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is
of the view that the applicant should be
granted short term bail for a period of
six weeks. The short term bail application is allowed. Applicant is granted short term
bail for a period of six weeks from the
date of his release on the following
conditions: -
(a) In case, the applicant has a passport and not yet deposited, he shall surrender the same with the Court concerned within a
week from the date of his release from jail. (b) Applicant shall execute Rs. 1
lac personal bond and two local sureties to satisfaction of Magistrate/ Court concerned. I t is directed that, on expiry of six
weeks, the applicant shall surrender

circumstances of the case, this Court is

of the view that the applicant should be

granted short term bail for a period of

six weeks.
The short term bail application is
allowed. Applicant is granted short term

bail for a period of six weeks from the

date of his release on the following

conditions: -

he shall surrender the same with

from jail.
(b) Applicant shall execute Rs. 1
