According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the name of petitioner no. 1 has been wrongly mentioned as “Roop Chandra”, in the memo of parties as well as in the judgment dated 01.09.2014 whereas it should have been “Roop Singh”.
In the interest of justice, the correction application is allowed.
Let the necessary correction be made in the memo of parties and consequential correction be made by the Registry in the judgment dated 01.09.2014.
