In this contempt petition, the order 13.02.2014, passed in Special Appeal No.19 of 2014 (Suraj Kumar Vs. Principal Secretary & others) was not complied with. Notice was issued to the respondent.
Now an affidavit has been filed by the respondent that in compliance of order of this Court, map and the field book has been corrected and now the order dated 13.02.2014 has been complied with. This fact is admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view thereof, since the order has been complied with, presently no cause of action survives. The contempt petition is hereby dismissed.
