Mr. S.S. Adhikari, learned Brief, submits that in the present case after investigation chargesheet has already been forwarded to the Circle Officer for the submission before the competent Magistrate. Dr. Udhyog Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition, however protection may be extended till chargesheet is submitted by the police before the competent Court and competent court takes cognizance thereon.
Permitted to be withdrawn.
However, interim order 08.03.2013 shall remain in force till chargesheet is submitted before the learned competent Magistrate and cognizance is taken by the learned Magistrate thereon.
