Mr. Vipul Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to appear before the Trial Magistrate on or before 28th June, 2013 in compliance of the summoning order dated 22.09.1997. He, however, submits that petitioner shall move appropriate application under Section 245 Cr.P.C. at appropriate stage seeking discharge.
