This is a 1st bail application seeking regular bail in Case Crime No. 27 of 2013, under Sections 307, 420, 467, 468 and 471 I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali Gangnahar Roorkee, District Haridwar.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it has not been made clear by the prosecution who has been cheated by the applicant or where applicant has used a fabricated document; further contends that as per prosecution story, country made pistol of 315 bore was found wherein one cartridge was found struck, therefore, story of the police that fire was made, on the face of it, seems to be false, incorrect and concocted.
Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct, let the accused/applicant be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- and two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Roorkee.
Bail application stands allowed accordingly.
