This is an application seeking regular bail in Case Crime No. 119 of 2013 under Sections 120-B & 302 IPC, Police Station Kotdwar, District Pauri Garhwal.
Mr. Lokendra Dobhal, learned counsel, appearing for the applicant, submits that applicant was not present on the spot; the only allegation against the applicant is that he has conspired with his sons co-accused to kill Kiran Singh. Applicant being father of the coaccused has been falsely implicated in the present case.
Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case. Bail application is allowed. I direct, let the accused/applicant be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond of `50,000/- and two sureties of like amount, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pauri Garhwal.
