This is an application seeking regular bail in Case Crime No. 431 of 2012 under Sections 392, 411, 120-B IPC, Police Station Kotwali Ranipur, District Haridwar.
Mr. Manish Arora, learned counsel, appearing for the applicant, submits that applicant is in judicial custody with effect from 19.04.2013 and all the offences are triable by Magistrate. He further submits that co-accused Vijay @ Sada has been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 28.06.2013.
Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case. Bail application is allowed. I direct, let the accused/applicant be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond of `50,000/- and two sureties of like amount, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haridwar.
