This is an application seeking regular bail in case crime no. 48 of 2013 under Section 2/3 of the U.P. Gangsters Act and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, police station Rajpur, District Dehradun.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been acquitted in case crime nos. 69/2001 and 29/2002. He further submits that he has already been enlarged on bail in case crime nos. 32/2013, 35/2013 and 46/2003.
Considering the totality of facts and circumstances of the case, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his furnishing a personal bond of ` 50,000/- and two sureties, of the like amount, to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Gangster Act, Dehradun.
