This is an application seeking regular bail in Case Crime No. 163 of 2012 under Sections 395, 201, 412 IPC, Police Station Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar.
Mr. Suyesh Pant, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that applicant has been implicated on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused, namely, Khilafat; co-accused Julfikar @ Julfi @ Dada has already been enlarged on bail by this Court, vide order dated 30.05.2013, a typed copy of the order is handed over by learned counsel for the applicant, which is taken on record.
Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, bail application is allowed. I direct, let the accused/applicant be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond of `50,000/- and two sureties of like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Roorkee, District Haridwar.
