This is an application seeking regular bail in FIR No. 178 of 2011 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Sitargang, District Udham Singh Nagar.
As per the prosecution story, present applicant has assaulted Daljeet Singh and Balvir Singh with sharp edged weapon with intention to kill them; both of them has sustained injuries; both of them in their respective statement before the police have attributed specific role to the present applicant.
Considering the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the present applicant, therefore, bail application is rejected.
