This is an application seeking regular bail in FIR No. 103 of 2013 under Section 420, 467, 468, 120-B IPC, police station Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that coaccused Rizwan Alam has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 09.05.2013 and another co-accused Imran has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 22.05.2013 passed by Sessions Judge, Udham Singh Nagar. In support of his submission, he has filed photocopies of both the orders in the Court, which are taken on record.
Considering the totality of facts and circumstances of the case, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his furnishing a personal bond of ` 50,000/and two sureties, of the like amount, to the satisfaction of ACJM, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar.
