This is an application seeking regular bail in Case Crime No. 25 of 2013 under Sections 302, 201 IPC, Police Station Kotwali, Gangnahar, Roorkee, District Haridwar.
Mr. Navneet Kaushik, learned counsel for the applicant, submits there is no direct evidence against the applicant nor there is any last seen evidence. Applicant has been implicated in the present case on the basis of confessional statement made by co-accused before the police.
Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, bail application is allowed. I direct, let the accused/applicant be released on bail on furnishing her personal bond of `50,000/- and two sureties of like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned trial Magistrate, Haridwar.
