This is a first bail application seeking regular bail in Case Crime No. 169 of 2012, under Sections 394, 411 and 120-B of I.P.C. registered at P.S. Ranipur, District-Haridwar.
Mr. Manish Arora, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that co-accused Vinod Rana and Dharma @ Dharmpal have already been enlarged on bail with similar role, by this Court vide orders dated 01.05.2013 and 15.02.2013 respectively. He has handed over the photostat copies of the aforesaid orders in the Court today, which are taken on record.
Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that applicant is in judicial custody w.e.f. 01.12.2012; after investigation charge-sheet has already been submitted.
Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct, let the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail, on furnishing his personal bond of ` 50,000/- and two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haridwar.
Accordingly, the bail application stands allowed.
