Learned counsel for the petitioner, drawing my attention to the memorandum dated 27.06.2017 issued by the Director of School Education, Tripura and the acceptance of the offer of appointment by the petitioner vide the letter dated 05.07.2017, submits that the order of this Court has now been complied with and the contempt petition does not survive for consideration.
