Heard Mr. P. Roy Barman, the learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. K. Bhattacharjee, the learned counsel for the insurance company.
The application is for withdrawal of the deposited amount. As ordered by me in my judgment dated 17.07.2017, the withdrawal is to be made in accordance with the directions of the Tribunal. The applicants may approach the Tribunal for withdrawal.
The Registry will remit the amount to the Tribunal. It shall be open to the applicants to apply for modification of the directions of the Tribunal. The insurer may also approach the Tribunal for refund of the excess amount, if any.
The application is disposed of.
