Learned Assistant Government Pleader lor Revenue submits that considerable time would be taken lor consideration of petitioners' Dharani applications dated 2l-03-2025 for mutating the names ald issuance of neu. pattadar pass book and title deed, and for passing appropriate orders-

Having regard to the submissions of both the learned counsel and upon considering the material available on record, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent authorities to pass appropriate orders on the petitioners' Dharani applications submitted vide transaction I.D. Nos.2500O 18948, 2500018934, 250OO18954 and 2500018952, dated 2l-O3-2O25 for mutating the names and issuance of new pattadar pass book and title deed, strictly in accordance with law, after issuing necessarlr notice to the petitioners and all interested witnesses, if any, arrd afford them sufhcient opportunity of hearing, AS expeditiously AS possible.
