This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief/s:-

It is stated that the lst petitioner's : nother was allotted piot No.2O2 artd son o1 2na petition€. by narne Paduga Bharat was allotted piot No.2O2, rituated at Nampaliy, h/o. Shabashpally, Boinpaliy Manrl Ll, Rajanna Sircilla District, as their lands were subrr erged Mid Marrair Reservoir vide Gazette No.223 dated 13-12-2O1O. It is further stated that after the death of lsr petitioner's mother and 2"d petitioner's son, the petitir ners have succeeded the subject property. the name of 6th respondent, the petitioners have made representations dated 18-09-2024 afrd 20-12-2025. The grievance of the petitioners is that even after receiving the said representations, the respondent authorities did not consider the same, Hence. this Writ petition.

Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and with their consent, this Writ Petition is being disposed at the admission stage. In view of the nature of relief sought for in this Writ petition, issuance of notice to the unofficial respondents is dispensed herewith.

In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition directing the respondent authorities to examine the representations dated 18-O9-2024 and, 2O-I2-2O25 submitted by the petitioners and a_fter issuing notice to all
