Sridhar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents, submitted that during the pendency of this writ Petition, the Investigating officer, after conducting investigation, filed a charge sheet before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bhadrachalam, which was taken cognizance of and numbered as C.C.. No. 820 of 2021, and the same is pending. He further submitted that pursuant to the interim order granred by this Court dated 28.O4.zOZl, the vehicle, tobacco products, jaggery, and rock sugar were released in favour of petitioner No.5.
