This Criminal petition has been filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.l045 of 2020 on rhe file of the Narsingi police Station, Cyberabad, for the offences punishable under sections 354,354 C and D ofthe Indian penal Code, 1g60.

Upon perusal of the record, it reveals that this Court on 10.02.2021 granted stay of all further proceedings including arrest of the petitioners in Crime No. 1045 of 2020.However. the rnvestrgation rn respect of accused No. I may go on. On 28.03.2025, this Court while vacating the interim order dated I 0.02.2021, directed the Investigating Officer not to arrest the petlttoners and conduct investigation. It is needless to say the petitioners shall assist the Investigating Officer in concluding the mvestigation.
