CRIMINAL PETITION No.3577 of 2021

This Criminal Petition is hled seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.123 of 2019 on the hle of the learned XVI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar, wherein the petitioners were arrayed as accused Nos. 1 to 5, for the offences punishable under Sections 332, 504, 323, 506 r/w.34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC').

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms. P. Saritha, learned counsel representing Sri S. Vijaya Prashanth, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that despite their best efforts, they could not secure any instructions from the petitioners to proceed with the matter on merits and, therefore, expressed her inability to proceed further.

In view of the above submissions, this Court has no option except to dismiss this petition for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Consequently, miscellaneous appiications, if any,^pending
