The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent authorities are not acting upon his representation/complaint daled 16.12.2025 for taking action against the illegal and unauthorized construction of Cellar, Stilt for parking⁺ J upper floors made in the property bearing Plot No.34, Survey No.82l1, 8212, situated at Mallapur, Uppal Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, as such, he was constrained to approach this Court.

Mr. Srinivas Rao Pachwa, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing for respondent No.2, submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

Recording the aforesaid submission, without entering into the merits ol the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation/complaint dated 16.12.2025 for taking action against the

illegal and unauthorized construction of Cellar, Stilt for parking + 5 upper floors made in the property bearing Plot No.34, Survey No.82/1, 8212, sit:uated at Mallapur, Uppal Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, by giving opportunity ofhearing to the petitioner and owner/occupier of the building, and pass appropriate urders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt ofa copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
