This rvrit petition is filcd by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of respondents No.2 and 3 in nor considering his application No.c/BAND/ 00341212020 dated 03.10.2020 submitted under Layout Regularization Scheme (LRS), 2020 in respecr ol thc property bearing plot Nos.50 and 51, admeasuring 390 square yards in Survey No.90, Ward No.6, situated at Bandlaguda Jagir, Gandipet Mandal. Ranga Reddy District, as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.
