The writ petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus to declare the show cause notice No.3/633/ACP /C|6/SEC|GHMC/2025 dated 2I.02.2025 in demolishing the Car shed of the^petitioner No.2, which is leased by the petitioner No.1, bearing H.No.3-4663/3, admeasuring 180 sq. yards, Shivajinagar, Narayanaguda, Hyderabad, as belng is illegal and arbitrary.

Mr. G. Madhusudhan Reddy, learned standing counsel^for respondents No.2 and 3 - GHMC, submitted that appropriate^action will be taken pursuant to the impugned show cause notice.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the resp,r ndent No.3 is directed not to interfere with the possession of th,r petitioners in respect of bearing H.No.3-4-663l3, admeasuring 130 sq. yards, Shivajinagar, Narayanaguda, Hyderabad, without'ollowing due process of law. However, liberty is given to the resp( ndent No.3 to take action against the petitioners subject to the O ttcome of the enquiry pursuant to the show cause notice No.3/633/ \CP/C|6/SEC/ GHMC/ 2025 dated 2t.O2.2025.
