Petition Under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of ft/andamus declaring the inaction of the Respondents more particularly Respondent No. 2lo 4 herein in removing the illegal construction despite passing a speaking order vide 31O/TPS/C-11IRJNRJGHMC|2024, dated 19-10-2024 based on the complaints raised by the Petitioner and earlier Showcase Notice vide 310/TPS/C-11IR.TNR/GHMC12024, dated 03-10-2024 constructing beside H.No. 3-6-46, situated at upparpally, Rajender Nagar, Telangana is illegal, arbitrary and besides violates the GHMC act and also violates Article 14 and 21 of Constitution of lndia and consequently direct the Respondent No. 2 to 4 act on speaking order vide 31O/TPS/C-1 1/TUNR/GHMC|2024, dated 19-10-2024 and earlier Showcase Notice vide 310/TPS/C-11111.1NR/GHMC12024, dated 03- 102024 and demolish the illegal construction carried out by Respondent No. 5 to 8 on the H.No. 2-4-12815, PNR Apartment, Opp Mantra N/all, Upperpally, Rajendra Nagar, Ranga Reddy, Telangana.
