Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and Smt. S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record.

2 Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are questioning the impugned notice issued by the respondent No.2 in Proceedings No.B/ lO28/2013, dated 25.11.2014

3 Learned Counsel for the petitioners further submits that the similar situated persons have hled a writ petition before this Court in W.P.No.39OO3 of 2Ol4 on and this Court disposed of the said writ petition 19.12.2014 by setting aside the impugned notice bearing No.B/1028/2013, dated 25.I7.2OI4 and requested to pass similar order in the instant case also.

Ther<-- ihair be no order as to costs.
