4 Section 71 of the Act, 19Og, reads as follows;

Reasons for refusal to register to be recorded._

(i) Every Sub-Regisl :rar refusin* to register a document, except on , tto"d that the property to which it rerates ," .r" ot situated within I'ris subclistrict shall make.r. order of refusal and recorded his reasons for such t" Rcok No.2, and endorse rhe words ".::::-]: document;and,onrrr:r*"'r"rt::t;r;tT;"j;rr:."t]; executing or claiming under the document, shall, without payment and unnecess ary delay,give him a copy of the reasons so recorclecl.

(2) No registering officer shail accept for registration a document so endorsed unless and until, under the provisions hereinafter contained, the cloctrment is directed to be registered.

In view of the aforesaid submissions coupled with the provision under Section 71 of .the Act, 19Og and on perusing the entire material on record, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Registering Authority to consider the application No.2SOO48O244 dated O3.C.Z.2O2S and Iegistef subject^{document presented bv the petitioner} Within^{four (04) weeksfrom the date of receipt of copv of} this^{order'subject to the petitionercomplvingwith ttre} pTovisions^{ol the Act' 1908 as well as ttre lndian Starnp Act'}
