This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.46 I of 2022 on the file of Madhapur (Guttala) Police Station, Cyberabad, wherein the petitioners were arrayed as accused Nos.1, 2 and 5 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 384, 448 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners either in physical mode or virtual mode.

Sri B.Sridhar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted that the Investigation Officer, after conducting the investigation, filed hnal report stating lack of evidence'.

In view of the above submission, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
