This Writ Petition has been frled by the petitioner seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.186 of 2O2L on the hle of Ibrahimpatnam (RCK) Police Station, Rachakonda, wherein the petitioner was arrayed as accused for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 427 of the Indian Pena_t Code, 1860.

Heard Ms. S.Sumalatha, tearned counsel representing Sri K.L.B.Kumar, Iearned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.Sridhar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing on behalf of the official respondents.

3 Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the Investigation Offrcer, after conducting the investigation, has frled hnal report and the same was numbered as C.C.No.97 of 2021 and the same is pending on the frle of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ibrahimpatnam.

In view of the above submission, the cause in the writ petition does not suryive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Howe rer, liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise all the grour.( .s which are available under law, including the grounds whicl are pleaded in the present writ petition. No costs.
