This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash FIR No.9/ACB-KAD120I5, dated 23.04.2015 on the file of the Special Judge for SPE & ACB Case-cum-V Additional District and Sessions Judge at Karimnagar

During the course of hearing, Mr. T.Bala Mohan Reddy, leamed Special Public Prosecutor for ACB appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3, submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the Investigating Officer, aflter conducting investigation, filed charge sheet before the learned Special Judge fbr Trial of SPE & ACB Cases-cum-Vl Additional District and Sessions Judge at Karimnagar, the same was numbered as C.C.No. t3 ol 2017 and same is posted for further evidence of parties on 15.09.2025. The learned Special Public Prosecutor has placed the Court proceedings downloaded from the e-Courts.

By virrue of the same, the cause in this writ petition does not
