Petition under Atticle 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd and 4threspondents in not considering the Fline application submitted by the petitioner dated 05-04-2O25 vide transaction lD No. TTDER022501158163 to conduct survey and fix the boundaries to the land in Sy. No. 10/AA. Admeasuring Ac.2-05,guntas out of Ac.8-20 guntas at Miraspally village, Kothakota Mandal, Wanaparthy District and fix the boundaries to the extent of Ac.2-05 guntas of the petitioner though the above F-line application was submitted as back as on 05.04.2025 and further though there is a boundary dispute with neighbor land owners, as illegal, unlavvful, contrary to law and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to conduct the survey of the above land in Sy. No. 10 and fix the boundaries to the above extent of the land of the petitioner in Sy. No.^'10.

Heard leamed counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Ravinder, leamed Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents

Petitioner herein is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.2.50 guntas ln Sy.No.10/e9i situated at Miraspally Village, Kothakota Mandal, Wanaparthy District. He is also the owner of the land in other survey numbers of the very same village. In proof of the same, he has filed copies of the latest passbook and title deeds. He has submitted F-Line application bearing No.DER022501158163, dated 05.04.2025, with respondent No.2 with a request to conduct survey and demarcate the said property by fixing boundaries Despite receiving and acknowledging the said F-Line application, respondent No.2 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.2, petitioner filed the present writ petition

In the light ol the said submissions, this 'Mrit Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 lo consider the F-Line application beanng No.DER022501,58163, dated 05.04.20')5, submltted by the petitioner with a reouest to conduct survey and demarcate the subject property by fixing boundaries, strictly in accordance with law, by putting the pt,titioner and all interested parties on notice and affording them an oppoftunity. If respondent Nos.2 and 3 are not inclined to accept tlte request made by the petitioner, they shall assign specific reasons, pass a reasoned order and communicate the copy of the same tc, the petitioner. They shall complete the entire exercise within forty-five (45) working days from the date of receipt of a cop.'r of this order.
