Heard Sri Rapolu Bhaskar,^{learned counselfor the petitioner} and Sri L.Ravinder,^{learned AssistantGovernmentPleaderfor} Revenue appearing for^{the respondents.}

Petitioner herein^{is claiming that she is the absolute} owner and possessor^{of land admeasuringAcs' O'3O guntas in} Survey No.99 lEl l,^{situated atChinthalapallyVillage,Pudur} Mandal, Vikarabad^{District(for short, 'the subject property)'The} said land is missing^{inDharani PortalTherefore,she has} submitted online^{application uide Application No'2400094603} dated 09.09 .2024 to^{the 2"d respondent $'ith a request to correct} the said wrong entry.^{Despite receivingand acknowledging the} said online application,^{2"d respondentdid not act upon the same'} Aggrieved by the said inaction^{ol 2n'r respondent,petitioner filed the} present writ petition.

In proof of her claim,^{petitioner has filed copies of old} pattadar passbook of her husband,^{e-pattadar passbook of her son,} mutation proceedings dated^{23.O2.2OO7, etc.}

During the pendency of the aforesaid application, State has promulgated the Telangala Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025. lt came into effect from 14.04.2025. Government has also framed the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Rules, 2025 uide G.O.Ms.No.39, Revenue (Land Administration-l) Department dated 14.O4.2025. As per the said Rules and Schedule-A of the said Rules, petitioner has to submit online application to 4th respondent, who is the competent authority to address the grievance of the petitioner hcrein.

In the light of the said discussion, this Writ Petitron is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit fresh online application in terms of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Rules, 2025 with 4th respondent u'ith a request to correct the said wrong entry and on receipt of the same, the 4tr, respondent shall consider the same and dispose it of in accordance with law within a period of 6O days from the date of receipt of the said application.
